BROKEN LIGHTS is an immersive, three-dimensional video installation in which the viewer is enveloped in a landscapes of broken glasses, reflecting the light into infinity, haunted by two exceptional dancers.
Originally, a live dance duet, which was commissioned by Ruhrtriennale 2014, between Saburo Teshigawara and his long-time collaborator Rihoko Sato, BROKEN LIGHTS installation was shot in the same huge broken glasses environment to become this new 4-screen arresting installation which offers a truly transportative experience for the viewer.
